Our first discussion is always free, limit 1 hour. Sometimes we sort out the immediate issue and you don't need us at all.

Many of our clients engage us on an hourly rate, giving us discrete tasks such as financial planning, business plans, websites or field research.

Obviously, it takes trust to operate in this manner and trust always takes time and experience to develop.

Business review and strategies

It is amazing how much we can cover in the first day if you have a reasonable set of accounts to guide us.

We can quote you on a day or an extended period of visits depending on what comes out of that day.

How long does it take?

Sometimes we sort things out in the first free phone call, sometimes we have needed to immerse ourselves for a week in the business, sometimes it is a day a month for 6-12 months.

If we are not getting results for you we are the first to call it.

Mentoring

Regular visits over time to monitor and assess progress, continue the growth, adjust to suit the business owner's personality. Generally this is on  daily fee but we are conscious of the cost to you and will be pushing you to complete tasks quickly and efficiently so you no longer need us.

Travel

Yes travel costs, 1 hr from Brisbane CBD is free, after that it is 40% of our standard hourly rate plus vehicle.

On extended trips we do our preparations and reports during the travel, saving you extra.

Workshops

We have presented over 150 workshops and assessed over 250 small business ideas in the process. This has been on a contract basis with a set limit on the workshop time regardless of how long it takes (some are longer than others depending on the crowd)
